Who we are
Gold Rose AI is run by Alterra Holdings LLC in Orange County, California. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your free trial
New accounts get 30 days free. We don't ask for a card to start. If you don't add a card by the end of the trial, your AI stops working and nothing is charged. If you add a card, your first charge is on the day your trial ends.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. Founding prices apply to the first 25 shops and stay the same for as long as you keep your plan. You can switch plans any time; changes apply on your next bill.
Canceling
Cancel any time by text or from your account page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no refunds for partial months.
Your AI and your OK
Your AI asks before it sends anything to your customers or posts anything, unless you've told it to handle certain small jobs on its own. You're responsible for what you approve. You agree to only message customers who have agreed to hear from you.
Fair use
Use Gold Rose for your shop's business only. Don't use it to send spam, break the law, or mislead anyone. We can pause an account that does.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep your AI accurate and running, but it can make mistakes and services it relies on can go down. Gold Rose is provided as is, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or text at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
